Starting January 2025, Be Hardy Fit LLC will be offering life coaching sessions for the community to further promote women’s empowerment. Over the years, the owner of Be Hardy Fit LLC has served as mentor for many and has always had the vision of making life coaching an add on to business.

The vision for life coaching reflects the former mentorship program previously ran by Be Hardy Fit LLC- Be S.O.L.I.D. This acronym stands for Be Everything Steering Our Ladies Into Destiny.

The B.E. S.O.L.I.D Life Coaching Services promote 3 core values: Accountability, Self-Trust, and Authenticity through various coaching techniques.

Coaching is a partnership between the Coach and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation and development of personal, professional, or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategic plan for achieving goals created.

The primary objective to help one to focus on the true wants and desires of life while ensuring that each client is activating their inner happiness. Overall, the motto is that “a solid coach helps one to create solid plans to live a solid life”.
